Calvin Gittens I am absolutely thrilled with my decision to join BCUK I signed up at the start of February 2024 as a new year resolution, and I can honestly say it is the best decision I have made! Robbie, the instructor, is fantastic. His friendly and supportive nature really stands out, making each session not just a workout but a motivating experience. He has a remarkable ability to bring out the best in all members, regardless of their fitness levels. He is very passionate and supportive. I always look forward to the sessions, something I never thought Id say about a fitness class. The whole group is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making every workout feel great. If youre unsure about joining, just go for it! You won’t regret it. Everyone is here for different reasons, and no matter your shape or size, you’ll feel right at home. Taking this step will be the best step you will make.

Kat Smith I have been coming now for The last three months in order to pass my annual fitness test. I love spinning and really enjoy The variety that different instructors provide in their classes the music is always upbeat and the instructors are always motivational so you can achieve your goals. The support you receive is awesome there is always a member of staff on hand to offer you support and guidance. This is the first year since coming here for the last seven, that I will continue to do spin just for fun, as I have now passed my fitness test. I normally just cancel my membership until the next time my test is due. I thoroughly enjoy coming to classes now and this is all down to the motivation and variety that the instructors now offer.
