Leon Hillier Senshi Kickboxing is a welcoming club with a real family feel where everyone supports each other. The coaches bring a wealth of knowledge from various martial arts, with years of experience, including competing at international levels. There’s a class for everyone, regardless of skill or experience. My daughter, now an adult, started training with Senshi a few years ago to supplement her other martial arts discipline and fitness. Despite training on a semi-regular basis due to other commitments, they’ve been able to accommodate her schedule and still progress her through the syllabus while adding significantly to her skill set.

Rosemary Hall I recommend this course so highly! I had a fantastic experience. The tutors are friendly, kind, and supportive. The course itself is beautifully put together, emphasising inclusion and a thoughtful, informed approach to yoga history and philosophy. The year-long, flexible structure allowed me to fit my training around having a young family. If youre hesitating, just go for it!

Ann Crew I have been practising yoga for over 50 years and Matthew has been an outstanding teacher. His combination of an excellent teaching style and the ability to help individuals to reach their fitness potential is, whatever their level of expertise and age, unmatched. I cannot recommend him too highly and his warm and friendly approach makes his yoga sessions a pleasure to attend.

Habiba Alkhatib I had a beginner class with Sam and I was *so* nervous, never done any type of dance before and I’m literally beyond useless at any type of movement or coordination - by the end I was absolutely beaming and even asked to go again one more time when we were asked to pack up. Sam was especially fantastic and so encouraging that I honestly couldn’t tell whether she was genuinely impressed with me or just being super supportive - I wrangled my sister in law to come with me and have booked the next five weeks already.
