Jo Parkin Skip is an absolutely fantastic teacher and the all-levels yoga class that I have been attending has been wonderful. I come out feeling very relaxed and refreshed, as though I have thoroughly switched off from my thoughts and stretched/strengthened muscles in my body I barely knew were there! Skip works with everyones yoga ability, there are very experienced and fairly new (myself) students in her class and all are totally looked after. I cant recommend her class enough.

Dan F Amazing gym and truly deserving of a 5 star review - in large part due to the head coach Ollie, the other coaches, and the members that train there. They all create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are decent and there is plenty of mat space. The Jiu-Jitsu timetable allows plenty of opportunity to train both gi and no gi, whether youre a hobbyist or a serious competitor.

But, with Shereen’s gentle professional encouragement, I am making steady progress and positively enjoying the variety of challenging exercises, always in delightful company. Shereen offers small classes to suit all needs and abilities, to stretch and strengthen everyone. Highly recommended!
