5 /5 B P: The Toning Ground isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. It’s a women’s-only space that offers a variety of strength-based classes that are not only fun, but truly push and challenge you. Because classes are kept small, it feels like a personal training session with friends. As you keep coming, you start to really get to know the other women, so you build friendships, find support, and transform both your body and your mindset. TTG is also expanding with open gym sessions, so you can train independently as well as in classes. They’re always introducing new events, challenges, and programs to keep things fresh and help the community grow stronger together. If you’re looking to change your lifestyle and be part of something genuinely empowering, I couldn’t recommend The Toning Ground enough.

5 /5 Sarah Keightley: I joined The Toning Ground nearly 3 years ago and I love it. The trainers are amazing and the community of members is inspiring, women truly supporting women. Classes are really challenging but accessible for all levels of strength and fitness. Ive seen so much progression in myself and also in those in class around me....a real strong girls club. There are also loads of fun events and challenges to get involved in, from hikes to running events, grudge matches and 5 hour workout marathons. Love this place!

I love the variety of routines (that are sometimes all packed into one class: hiit, cardio, weights) The small, female only classes mean you feel part of a little team and everyone is so helpful and friendly, as it was quite intimidating at first. The trainers keep things fresh and advise on form as well as keep you motivated. I’m really enjoying getting stronger and it’s the only place that has kept me coming back all this time.
