Chloe Walton I couldn’t recommend Lay more highly! It was my first time visiting, but I was made to feel completely comfortable right away. The massage was incredible—easily the best I’ve ever had. Lay really took the time to focus on the areas I mentioned and worked on them thoroughly. I left feeling super relaxed, and on top of that, I got some great advice and recommendations for other treatments that could help me. It was a hot day, and the experience ended perfectly with a refreshing cold drink and all the time I needed to get ready—no sense of being rushed out the door. Lay was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive. I’ll definitely be back!

Kayleigh Blanden Had such a lovely experience at VIP Nails & Beauty today! The girls were fantastic and managed to fit me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Sami (I think that was her name!) and another lovely lady were so professional and friendly. Sami had just had her lashes done, which got me asking about their lash extension services—and to my surprise, they were able to book me in straight after my nails. Perfect timing! Anna did my lashes and they turned out amazing. So happy with everything and really grateful they squeezed me in last minute. Thanks again, girls! xx

Catherine Collinge I had microblading done with Jan and couldnt be happier with the experience! She is an absolute professional—thorough, precise, and clearly very experienced. While the treatment is both extensive and a bit of an investment, its absolutely worth it, especially if you have patchy eyebrows like I did. Jan took her time to carefully measure and shape everything, and the results are fantastic. I’m so pleased and would highly recommend her to anyone considering microblading!
