Sarah is an absolutely amazing teacher – her professionalism, expertise, and passion for teaching are truly inspiring. The students are in excellent hands under her guidance, and it shows in the quality of their work. I had Gurpreet work on my hair, and she was amazing! She was patient, attentive, and even stayed back to ensure my hair was finished perfectly. I truly appreciate the dedication and effort from everyone here. Sarah is an outstanding tutor, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service or considering hairdressing as a career. Keep up the excellent work, team!

1 /5 Shania Blake: Visited this local beauty spot for the first time to have bio sculpture on my nails by Jai. She did a really good job and has years of experience, so I recommended the salon to family. I became a regular going every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done here. The third time I went to get my nails done, they wasn’t terrible but I wasn’t 100% happy with them, due to minor things like my nails not being shaped properly (as seen in pictures)I called in to see if I could come into the salon and have things corrected. They was not happy to fix my nails but after a couple of conversations they gave me a partial refund. I decided to try and book an appointment for a week later instead of waiting my usual 2-3 weeks just because I wanted to be happy with my nails, I was told that I was unable to re book and they suggested I go elsewhere because I wasn’t happy with my nails bearing in mind this was the only time I wasn’t happy out of the 3 times I went within the space of a month and a half! I wasn’t once rude and was very patient with the salon so I was shocked by this decision. When asking why I am unable to re book I was told that it’s down to me being unhappy with my nails, a valid reason couldn’t be given. This review has been given because I am disgusted by the way this has been dealt with, I shouldn’t have been unable to re book. The salon has been extremely unreasonable and sounds like if you mention your not 100% happy, you may be banned from future bookings.
