Anna Bushra is an exceptional Pilates instructor! Her cueing is intuitively descriptive, clear and precise and makes every movement easy to follow. I can close my eyes and focus on my movement and balance without having to keep turning my head to watch her do it to understand! Her classes flow seamlessly, and I love how she offers the perfect balance of challenge and support. It’s a lovely intentional workout leaving my core and posture stronger every time without walking out dripping in sweat! I recommend Bushra if you’re looking for a friendly, down-to-earth and attentive instructor and personalised guidance on your Pilates journey.
