2 /5 Humzah Irfan: Low staff competency. After calling The Parlour to be told that the treatment I was after was not a type was laser treatment, I attended a consultation appointment. However, once at the consultation I was told that the therapist I spoke to over the phone was not qualified to give details of the treatment and that it was in fact a laser treatment. I had told the therapist over the phone that laser treatment is not suitable for me, but she had not checked with a knowledgeable colleague. If you cannot trust the staff here with the basics, how can you trust them with any treatments? Only saving grace was that the therapist at the consultation was polite.

5 /5 Aimee Bron: I have been coming to The Parlour for several years now and I could not be more happy with the considerate, professional and accommodating service I have received from Sian and her team. The actual laser hair removal has worked brilliantly, far surpassing my expectations. While I originally booked to start the treatments in 2019, due to personal circumstances, as well as Covid later on, Sian was happy to delay treatments until it was convenient to me. The setting is lovely, the customer service fantastic and the equipment and products used excellent. I happily recommend The Parlour.

I had a course of IPL hair removal and have been very pleased with the results. Sian was very helpful and made me feel at ease throughout.I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking any treatments as all the staff very friendly.
