5 /5 Shelina Dhirani: I didnt actually get a service today but I was on kenton road and had a bit of time i was looking to see if I could be fit in for infills, I went to another salon on Kenton Road first who were so rude. Popped into the Nail bar London and even though they couldnt fit me the lady who was doing someone elses nails was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely book them next time I need something!

1 /5 SM K: This was my first experience in this salon and the worst from having been to other salons. I would not at all recommend as it’s lacks the hygiene and the most important thing is CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner Henna didn’t had a courtesy to greet or smile as I entered. There was No smile on any staff. I felt I have entered into funeral event. The staff tried their best to give service but they hardly spoke that too as if I had to put fingers in their mouth to get them utter their words because I was conversing. The entire atmosphere is so depressing. The owner was busy getting her pedicure done rather checking on the customers. I went for nails and hair. The colour I chose they didn’t had it so had to compromise with it. I had hair Botox, though the lady tried to do better but she burnt my scalp. I had to stop her and cover the area with my hand when she blowed dry. Owner was sitting there and gave me a wierd look and not even had courtesy to ask if I was ok. I feel sorry for the staff as they haven’t got enough training from their boss. Because boss herself needs the training of giving the best customer service, maintain hygiene and provide lively environment.

5 /5 Asmita: I go to this place all the time to get my nails done! Hospitality is great and so are the nail technicians. Im yet to get my hair done here but will definitely give it a try. As for nails I always go with BIAB! Keeps my natural nails nice and strong. The technician really takes her time with my nails and ensures they are perfect which is what every paying customer wants! Thank you nailbarldn! Ill see you in a couple weeks.
