5 /5 Aaa Bbb: It was a really good experience from start to finish! Deborah was amazing, and she was really accommodating with time. I booked the wrong type of manicure as I mixed up the names, but she still was kind enough to do the one I actually wanted that took longer than the one I had booked. Extremely detail oriented and very, very nice, pleasant people, every one of them. I really love my nails. They are perfect!

Initially, I was disappointed because my nails came out quite chunky and uneven, with noticeable bumps. When they asked if I was happy, I was honest and said I wasn’t. Kathy, who was absolutely lovely, immediately stepped in to fix them. She carefully reshaped the nails, made them flat and smooth, and now they look uniform and elegant. I chose a milky white color with a square shape. The color is gorgeous and very classy. Next time, I might go for a different shape, but that’s just a personal preference. What really impressed me was how polite and accommodating everyone was. Even the technician who originally did my nails was kind and understanding. The fact that they redid them for me without hesitation really shows they care about their clients’ satisfaction. Thanks to their professionalism and attitude, they’ve gained a new loyal client. I highly recommend this place because they genuinely want you to leave happy.

4 /5 M4MU: got my nails done a week ago, love my nail, lovely atmosphere, lovely people, they were polite and caring. they took their time to make sure i was happy and my nails looked their best. Only down side they slightly over filed one of my natural nail, there is a small chunk missing on my finger. However, other than that I am happy with the results and the service :)
