5 /5 Melissa Lo: Im visiting from the states and was well overdue for a manicure. Tracy did a phenomenal job, she removed my hybrid gel nail polish and filled in with build it gel polish. She was very patient and detail oriented. Id go back in a heartbeat!

From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is calm, beautifully decorated and instantly relaxing exactly what you want when going in for a self-care treatment. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The nail technician who worked with me was exceptionally skilled and patient. She took her time to understand the style I wanted, offered helpful advice and paid extraordinary attention to detail. Every step of the process was done with care and precision, from shaping to polishing. The hygiene standards were excellent, and all tools and stations were spotless, which made me feel completely at ease. What truly impressed me was the quality of the final result — my nails looked flawless, neat and beautifully finished. The polish was smooth, perfectly applied and long-lasting. Beyond the technical quality, the overall experience felt personal and relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and very well taken care of. I highly recommend The Nail Bar for anyone looking for excellent service, talented technicians and a genuinely enjoyable beauty experience.

5 /5 Harmony Mason: I have been trying to find a nail place since moving to London and I think I’ve finally found it! I had an acrylic infill with shellac and got this pretty green color, all done by Tracy! She was amazing and did the shape I wanted perfectly. I will definitely be back! :)

1 /5 Joy: I have usually had good experiences here when the older technician did my nails. However, on one visit I was attended to by a younger technician and it was the worst nail experience I have ever had. He cut my cuticles too deeply, even after I repeatedly mentioned that it was painful, and laughed when I raised my concern. Nearly all of my fingers were hurt and some even bled afterwards (see photos). In addition, the price quoted before the appointment was increased at the end without explanation. This lack of transparency feels dishonest. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with both the quality of service and the professionalism. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
