5 /5 Katie Caserta: Just out of a 30min back shoulders and neck massage here and it was heavenly. Teresa gave just the right balance of relaxation and getting out the knots (as this is what I asked for) and she could have gone harder if Id asked for that. She and her colleague were very friendly and welcoming and the massage table was super comfy with a bolster for feet too if wanted (really helps me and my ankles). My back and shoulders feel instantly more loose after just half hour and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Jane: Went in for my first Perfector treatment last week (and also an eyebrow wax). Had lovely 90 minutes with Teresa, who was fantastic and explained the treatment really well, with humour and knowledge. My husband noticed a firmer look to my face a couple of days later and I felt great after the session. Skin felt great, too. Money well spent! Highly recommended.

She gives wonderful facials and massages using excellent products, some of which can be bought and I do! The treatment room is calm and peaceful and Teresa always ensures client’s comfort. I missed my treatments during the lockdowns. I’m really glad that The Haven is still going strong.

All treatments that are offered come at reasonable prices. Two very happy customers that have been many times and shall be returning again and again!!
