Neither of them were very keen on having a haircut as they like their long hair but Aimee really reassured them that a good trim was a good idea! Zilma is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly well looked after. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly and tailored everything to my skin’s needs, using Dermalogica products, which made a noticeable difference. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and her calm, reassuring manner made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines such a high level of professionalism with warmth and kindness. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended!

1 /5 Dayna Stanley: I came in for a balayage and wanted less blonde, more natural. We had to tone the blondes twice as they came out almost white, even though when discussed I asked for darker blondes. I thought it looked okay in the salon but now I see how striped it looks and the facial blondes are so light they’re almost white. There is also so much blonde around my face that if I put my hair up it looks completely blonde. Definitely didn’t listen to the fact I wanted more natural, darker and less maintenance and will now be looking to get it fixed elsewhere.

My stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave me the exact cut/colour I was hoping for even better, actually. The atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish, and I left feeling totally refreshed and confident. Highly recommend for anyone looking for skilled, friendly service in a beautiful space.
