5 /5 Thomas: Been going to this gym for a few years now and have had a great experience. Hit some of my best lifts in this gym. Met loads of cool people and feel like its not just training but also a bit of a community. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

4 /5 Emma Saunders: A great budget gym. Large premises that is consistently busy I go between the hours of 09:00-19:00 and have seen it at its lowest 55 people and max 120 people. Has a good range of machines, free weights cardio equipment. Lots of parking outside.

1 /5 Phoenix Body: This is hands down the worst gym I’ve ever been a member of. The management is lazy and completely uninterested in creating a professional or welcoming environment. The atmosphere is unfriendly, and members who don’t fit into the “inner circle” quickly feel out of place. The personal trainers are some of the rudest I’ve encountered—they’ll train their clients in a way that blocks others, and I’ve even been told to get off equipment mid-set so they could use it. Instead of helping members feel included and respected, staff turn a blind eye to bad behaviour. I’ve since taken my money elsewhere to a gym that values its members, enforces basic respect, and actually provides a safe, welcoming place to train. If you want a professional, supportive and well equipped gym environment—look anywhere else but here.

5 /5 Isabelle Johnson: I’ve been to this gym now for a few years and I have enjoyed it so much it’s a clean spacious environment to be in, the staff members that work there are so lovely and kind and very inviting to come into. The equipment there is immaculate and so much there as well. Very easy access to everything you need and if any troubles it is dealt with. Martin and Lewis I pt with them and I rate them so much they are so kind and so good at there job I enjoy it so much and have learnt so much from them both. Best gym out there

5 /5 Charlotte Macfarlane: A lovely gym, always clean and such a welcoming environment. Staff always happy to help out and support with workouts, they have created such a supportive community for everyone in the gym. In particular Lewis, Martin and Chloe. They offer individualised workouts through personal training, and are all kind, funny and all round wonderful people! They are always there to put a smile on your face, and get you through your toughest workouts! They have helped me fall in love with the gym again, and I wouldn’t have made the progress I have without their support. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking for a great environment to fall in love with fitness!

Sarah Brenman This is a fabulous class - Joelle is a great teacher, inspiring, inclusive, bold and warm. The class is really welcoming and full of positive women. I felt the benefits really early on and have just signed up for my second term. Training outside is just brilliant, even in the winter. If youre looking for some inspiration in a safe and welcoming space do come and try this class.

Claire Irving After never doing yoga before, I joined Bev’s yoga class in Jan 24 and for the first time ever I’ve consistently stuck with something. The class is inclusive of age, size or how you identify and is warm and welcoming. Bev makes sure that whatever your level you are getting safe benefit from the poses. Your first couple of lessons can feel a bit wobbly as you get used to the names of the poses, but Bev makes sure you’re on it with kindness. Bev is so passionate about yoga and includes you in this feeling, so as well as clear physical benefits (my back has never been better and I’m stronger) it has also been fab for my head - the time spent focussing on these lessons is restorative. If you’re in anyway interested in trying yoga but feel shy, awkward, unable or embarrassed about what you perceive your body can do, or how you might be perceived, please give the class a go.
