The staff are always friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome every time you walk in. You can tell they really care about keeping the place clean and creating a positive atmosphere. Easily the best gym I’ve been to highly recommend!

5 /5 Karaar Hassan: This gym is truly outstanding. The facilities are clean, well-equipped, and perfect for every type of workout, from strength training to cardio. What really makes it stand out, though, is the staff. They were extremely helpful and incredibly nice, always ready to offer guidance or answer any questions with a positive attitude. Their welcoming and supportive approach creates a comfortable environment that motivates you to keep coming back and push toward your fitness goals.

3 /5 Sam Javadi: I used to go to The Gym Group in Uxbridge , and now I come to this branch because I moved. The gym itself is clean and well-equipped, no complaints there. But the signal inside is absolutely terrible and their Wi-Fi is extremely weak. For someone who checks their workouts online, this is a massive problem. Please fix it.

3 /5 Daniel AM: The gym is ok but could do with improving. Its very easy to find. If coming with your car you can park on the side street, paid parking or use St Georges Shopping Center car park (only during opening hours). The gym is clean but if can feel really cramped in the afternoon to late evening. Good sets of free weights. Equipment is working nicely. During the night visit had some unpleasant experience, the mens change room being locked multiple times. Had to use the handicap toilet to change and take a shower which isnt ideal considering its a 24/7 open gym. Sometimes toilet paper wasnt toped up in mens toilet, hand drier hasnt been working for few weeks. Barely any staff walking around and checking if all is good. In comparison with the Harrow&Wealdstone and Kingsbury gym, this ones isnt up to the standards.
