Brett Sanders I have known and had coaching with one of the SkyLimit Coaches, James, for many years now - and he always brings some new clarity to the table to help me to find the solutions to my problems. He is an excellent Coach due to the manner in which he approaches the challenges I talk to him about, and how I never leave feeling like I have been "told what to do" but been given the tools to create change myself. This is very empowering in itself. All in all, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend James and the SkyLimit Coaches to someone I knew!

christina gregory Veni is a great Pilates instructor. From the very first class, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She explains each movement with clarity, while also offering modifications for those with injuries, allowing everyone to participate and progress at their own pace. No two classes feel the same, which keeps things exciting and challenging.
