A variety of workouts each week, with friendly mums/parents to socialise with, whether you turn up tired from lack of sleep and no motivation or buzzing from too much coffee youre guaranteed to feel good by the end of a class.
Claire ensures youre wearing your sling safely, that you have options/adaptations for exercises if needed, encouraging movement whilst allowing you to listen to your body.
I can safely say this has had a positive impact on my post partum mental health and physical fitness, particularly in terms of improving back and upper body strength which is helpful as your baby grows! X
