5 /5 Emily Binning: I’ve been joining Gen’s online classes for a month now and I’m addicted :) Every class is different, it’s a mental and physical challenge and you can expect to see and feel the results quickly. Gen is a fantastic teacher, she makes you feel welcome, she guides you through and explains everything so clearly. Also if I’ve had any queries outside of the class she responds so quickly. I have no doubt I’ve found a gem in Gen, she is super talented and makes Barre accessible and fun!!

Gen played a crucial role in helping me stay strong and fit both pre- and post-natally—so much so that my gynaecologist was impressed with my pelvic floor strength and noted how much it helped during delivery. More recently, after being diagnosed with cancer, Gen’s classes became essential in my pre- and post-surgery preparation and recovery. 5 /5 CN: I started Gen’s classes couple of months ago. I was looking for something that would give me the feeling of having worked out hard but then of relaxation and stretching. Gen’s classes fit the bill totally. I’ve probably averaged about 3 classes a week - the live ones are great as they start at a convenient time and vary in their focus. Gen has a lovely approach and can give feedback during the live sessions which is really useful. I always feel better for having done one of her classes!

Gen is such an amazing instructor, always ensuring I have good form and am getting the most out of the classes. I already feel I have gained so much mentally and physically from her classes. 5 /5 Maxine Los: I’ve been doing Gen’s online live classes for 2 months now after finding out she’s expecting at a similar time. During pregnancy it’s so difficult finding an exercise routine which not only makes you feel amazing but you can trust is keeping your unborn safe. The online classes are a perfect mix of strength work, stretching and cardio which give me a full body workout. Although I have my growing bump, I’ve never felt as strong and as toned as I have in recent weeks. Each class is slightly different by focusing on specific areas; recently the pelvic floor and core engagement prompts have been v useful! Gen offers lots of support with tailored guidance and checks in personally on a regular basis. I couldn’t recommend Gen’s online platform more and it’s something I’m going to keep up during pregnancy and beyond!
