3 /5 Gabriela Wielgosz: I visited this salon for the first time yesterday and at first I was absolutely pleased with my nails. I had SNS powder applied and French tip with gel colour. Unfortunately, my nails did not even last a full 24 hours before the gel colour started to peel and SNS powder layer began to crack. 6 out of 10 nails are now either cracked or the colours had peeled off, only a couple of days after getting them done. This is a huge shame as I really loved the initial outcome, and I live far from the salon so it is inconvenient for me to return to get this issue rectified.

5 /5 Grace Blakeney: The BEST nail salon in London. Love all the ladies who work here, always make my nails gorgeous & do exactly what I brief in for my nails. Great prices & you can pay by card (even with an Amex) - so rare with nail salons always wanting cash! I’ll never go anywhere else again.

5 /5 Aja Butler-Burns: I highly suggest this nail shop- everyone was friendly and worked quickly. I came in with some BUSTED hard gel nails that they quickly and gently removed. Keyword- gently because my nails are sensitive. Then they did a lovely set of gel extensions with cat eye polish, to my specific shape and length requests. I also was in a HUGE time crunch to finish my nails so I could run to pick up my engagement ring which was getting resized at an antique jewelry shop- the shop closed at 5-and I live in the states so this was my only chance to do it all- they got me out by 4:35 when I came in at 3:05 (!!), helped me charge my phone while there so I could call my uber literally while my last nails were being painted- Hanen (I’m sorry I probably misspelled her name) was so sweet she even went outside and asked my uber driver to wait a couple minutes for me. She did such a lovely and perfect job, she was super cool to talk to and honestly I’m just blown away by it all working so perfectly. I got my ring in time, and now I can take photos for my family without being embarrassed by my old nails! Thank you so much!

2 /5 S A: I am sorry to share a bad review because the service was really nice in the shop. The girl was lovely. I had a standard manicure on a Thursday evening aiming for a wedding on Saturday morning. By Friday midday, the nail polish was starting to peel off on the sides, and on Saturday morning it looked bad. I had been as careful as one can be and it still deteriorated quickly. I have attached some photos. I think it was mostly due to poor quality nail polish. But the manicure I can do at home lasts for longer than this much more expensive one.

5 /5 rebeccanicholas: Wonderful service. Very kind, patient, gentle and polite staff, who are also highly skilled. Shellac manicure and pedicure have lasted over 3 weeks - better than anywhere else I’ve been, including my more local spa nails where I have previously been going for a few years! Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. I should have taken a photo at the time when they were newly done, but this photo shows my nails 3 weeks later - as you can see, the shellac is still well adhered to the nails and neat, despite swimming every day and filing down to keep them short how I like them!
