1 /5 Jazz Lacey: I came to the appointment with high hopes as reviews were so good. As i arrived the lady who was "checking me in" could not find me. I showed her my text to say i have an appoinment. She checked with another stylist and it was her mistake i was there. I dont mind mistakes happen but not appology of her mistake? She proceeded to do the worst consultation i have ever had communication was an issue for her it seems. She cut my hair i wanted it straight so i could see the cut properly she said no no il do a slight wave. She didnt check my hair cut at all. She cut it the once and then dried it. The whole thing was really uncomftable she only talked to me once to ask if i was asian. I put my trust that she is a perfessional. As i came home and straighten my hair she has put a layer in the back not connected to anything so its just a massive wedge! The cut is not straight and i have graduation from where she didnt check herself. If this lady is training then this shpuld be advitised as i would not of booked in with her if she has been training or just qualified my hair is very thick i will not return to this salon and will now have to pay additional money to fix the horrid haircut she has given me. I couldnt even tell you the ladys name as she did not even introduce herself !

3 /5 Stacy Turner: On the whole theyre lovely staff, they do a fab job with cutting hair. The only downside is going in requesting a certain coloured ombre, you have your hair tested and told this can be done and then walk out with something completely different. Didnt have the heart to say I didnt like it after they spent over 3hrs on my hair :( it only showed in the light. I ended up going over it with a different purple and got closer to what I wanted. :(
