Coner Swords Absolutely loved my first session here. The coach was really good and helped me with stand up weaknesses. The people on the mat I trained with were attentive and high level. Would highly recommend to send your children here and come to the adult classes (even for beginners which I am). It also has a lovely family vibe.

I trained outdoors 5–6 days a week with a fantastic mix of trainers, each bringing their own style and energy. The sessions were suitable for all fitness levels, and the atmosphere was always friendly and encouraging. Working out alongside such a committed group kept me motivated through every challenge. After six weeks, I can really feel the difference — I’m stronger, fitter, and more confident. I genuinely enjoyed every session and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive fitness boost!
