5 /5 Sian Nelson: One of, if not THE best pedicure Ive ever had! The Salon is bright, welcoming and scrupulously clean. There is a calm atmosphere and the massage chairs are very relaxing. My nail tech was very gentle but very thorough when scrubbing and filing my feet. My gel polish was expertly applied and they have a plethora of colours and shades to choose from. Hot Towel foot wrap is included as standard. I was also offered a free glass of prosecco to enjoy during my pedicure. I had a lovely experience and I plan to make this my regular place for a pedicure.

2 /5 Dais: Good nails but on several occasions one of the workers did not add cuticle oil felt very rushed. Also sometimes the paint on the nail was rushed even when the salon wasn’t busy. Also called to remove but was told they can’t do it so had to go elsewhere. Also cleanliness is not what is to be expected. Was a loyal customer but won’t be returning. There are better nails shops in Beckenham!

5 /5 Bi Saga: I’ve been at Taylah several times already and I love them! It’s clean, very speedy service and really perfect quality. Not even to mention that while getting pedicure you can enjoy massage. Can’t wait to come back for more!

2 /5 E M: Today I visited Taylah nail - Beckenham for a first time and I’d like to say how dissatisfy I am! I requested a simple infill manicure with gel polish and you can see from the attached photos what is the result after asking to fix them. When the nail technician was doing the nails shape I noticed that the top of each of my ten nails are not equal and I have dry powder bums under my nails and they look awful. I asked him politely to correct the shape and he just went to do the nails of their Vietnamese friend and ghost me then another guy who was busy with another client came to me and try correcting them. After some efforts he didn’t do much and said that’s everything and they look good and he kept saying to me there’s nothing wrong with them. I just gave up and all I wanted was to go away and NEVER COME BACK! I have never had so bad shaped nails in my life. Every nail is different, some of them are tick others a thin. Very poor service ! Plus to ghost your client. In the end I have apologised the other girl who waited 30 minutes her nail technician to come back because he was trying to fix my nails which I haven’t asked for I have asked mine. UPDATE: I am very pleased to add to my comment that I have received a full refund and now I am able to go elsewhere and redone my nails.
