3 /5 elisabetta gamen: I had a manicure and pedicure with gel polish yesterday. The results look good and the technician was friendly, but unfortunately the treatments didn’t fully match what was advertised.
The pedicure I booked was meant to include nail shaping, cuticle care, hard skin removal, a foot massage, and gel polish (60 minutes). While exfoliation was done, there was no actual removal of hard skin (with pumice for example), and the massage lasted barely a minute for both feet. Exfoliation alone is part of the cheaper option, so this felt incomplete.
The manicure was meant to include a hand massage, cuticle care, nail shaping, and gel polish (also 60 minutes), but again the massage was almost non-existent.
Both treatments were listed as lasting about 2 hours in total, but I was finished in under an hour and a half. For the price, I would have expected the full service as described.
