There’s a great mix of classes — some focused on technique and others on conditioning — which keeps the training balanced and engaging. The coaches are all quality, really paying attention to the small details that make a big difference in development. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you improve, no matter your level. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build both skill and fitness in a supportive environment.

The coaches are all fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve, whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned boxer. The training sessions strike the perfect balance between tough and fun. Every workout leaves you feeling stronger and more confident. The gym community is also amazing—supportive, friendly, and full of people who push each other to do better.

When he opened his new gym, I moved houses just to keep training with him. If you’re serious about improving your skills, fitness and mindset, I couldn’t recommend Aron more highly.

Everyone, from beginners to more experienced fighters, is treated with respect, and there’s a real sense of teamwork.
