2 /5 Kenzi: Lady may seem sweet, however she messed up my hair bad. I’ve been here before and didn’t have that bad of an experience, came again with a reference photo but I was SOO DISAPPOINTED. Layers came out choppy and couldn’t properly execute the cut onto my hair. She assured me she could get it done but obviously not, they don’t know how to cut curly hair. I can’t wait to my hair to grow back.

2 /5 Jordana Ferial: Paid £229 to be embarrassed and not understand why they ruined my hair so bad. This is after two appointments where I asked for a fix and had to pay £100 even though it made the situation much worse. Uneven, no cap used but harsh horrible lines that couldn’t be hidden with any hairstyle apart from a hat. I redyed it myself and that was the only reason I could show my face outside. Asked why it cost so much to look this bad but the manager did not respond. Disappointing. My sister had the same experience and I didn’t listen. Avoid.

5 /5 Susan: Very happy come out feeling a million dollars lovely haircut and beautiful colour staff very friendly and polite and was made a lovely cup of tea , very knowledgeable and told me how to manage my hair until my next visit

5 /5 Tori Alford: Amazing , great customer service , can’t remember her name but she does 4 hrs on Wednesdays , your amazing done great job on my thick hair and also been with the man hairdresser before he is great too will only go with them two now on make me feel so comfortable Thank you soo much
