1 /5 L S: I’m disappointed to be writing this, as I had expected a professional and considered experience. Unfortunately, from the outset the appointment felt disorganised and rushed.
After the salon made an error with my original booking, I was told they could still see me that evening if I arrived by 6pm. I rushed back from the city to make it in time, only to be told on arrival that there was actually no availability. Moments later, this changed again and I was told the practitioner could “squeeze me in now.” While I appreciated the attempt to accommodate me, the back-and-forth immediately made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued client.
The appointment itself felt hurried from start to finish. I’ve had Botox many times before and have never experienced anything like this - the results of the Botox have been uneven and even after a full month, it has not settled properly and one side of my face is noticeably lopsided. This has never happened to me previously and has been upsetting given the cost and trust involved in aesthetic treatments. There was also significant bleeding during the injection, to the point that blood was running down my face at one stage. The treated area felt bruised and sore for around three weeks afterwards, which is completely atypical in my experience.
Overall, the lack of organisation, the rushed nature of the appointment, and the final outcome left me feeling disappointed and uneasy. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as better scheduling, communication, and patient care would make a significant difference.
