Alisha Williams I don’t usually leave reviews however I want to say Kelly is absolutely amazing hands down. I went to her for the first time and she did my braids. I asked for boho braids and showed her a picture as an idea of what I wanted. Kelly did my braids to perfection, she did not pull and yank my hair (4c texture) and the braids do not feel too tight! She is amazing I will definitely become a regular with Kelly. I do not want anyone else to do my hair. She is attentive, quick, professional, is ready for you on time and just wonderful thank you. I love my braids!

Yusuf Khan The spa was a wonderful experience for me. We arrived a little early, but the staff was accommodating and let us start our session right away. The staff member gave us thorough descriptions of the amenities and even helped us connect to the speakers and Wi-Fi. Throughout our tour, there was excellent communication. The jacuzzi was one of the joys for me. The fruit tray and drinks that were provided were an additional pleasant touch that improved the overall experience. The 30-minute massage I had scheduled was also incredibly soothing. I had a good day at the spa overall. Without a doubt, I would advise going, and I want to go back again soon.

Nicole Webb I have nearly finished my prepaid treatment at the Newcastle clinic and the results have been amazing. Wish Id have done it sooner! Special mention to Oprah who is knowledgeable and approachable making me feel at ease with every appointment. The staff and the clinic is really welcoming and are a credit to the sk:n brand.

Falak Naz I had facial services yesterday from binisa she was so friendly and nice. She also suggested me some tips according to my skin. She was so amazing and gave wonderful services. Pınar Ozevlat me and my friends went here, and honestly I felt like the woman was rushing so she doesnt miss any other customers. My nails feel loose already and its been 2 days. My friend had the man do her nails - and may I say... he was terrible. it took him 2 hours and the lady done 2 of us in the space of 45 mins. they just look bad and they dont listen to your instructions.

Jade Langridge I’ve recently started having my nails done with Amy and she does an amazing job. She takes so much time doing cuticle work, doesn’t use any harsh drills and they always last until my next appointment - no lifting, breaking or chipping. She’s also lovely and personable which makes having my nails done an enjoyable experience.
