Sara OReilly Had a Gu Sha facial a couple of times with Jolene, the best facial I have ever had, so relaxing and I didnt have bags under my eyes afterwards for a good couple days, Jo is also very good at eyebrow waxing and upper lip waxing too!

Zoe Moore I had the lovely Emily who is one of the salons junior stylists. She was professional and chatty throughout. It was my first visit to the salon and I will be returning. Emily made me feel c9mfortable and confident in her knowledge. She gave me good advice on my hair color and the end result was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Jade Sivyer Had my lashes done a few times with Fearne! The retention is amazing the time and effort she puts in to her work is incredible! All handmade fans! The beds are amazing and comfy for the lash naps! Always made to feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble! Beautiful salon! Can’t wait to be returning again ❤️ thank you xxx

Keary Carrington My first time using Platinum, all the girls working were lovely and friendly and set a warm and inviting environment. Rosie cut and coloured my hair and she was amazing, she spent alot of time with my hair (it needed it) and I came out feeling incredible. Absolutely will be going back!

Dannielle W Ive had lots of treatments with Gem over the last few years and I wanted to leave her a review before I relocate up north. She gave me a gel mani about a month ago and the nails have lasted really really well (as have all the previous manis Ive had from her). I also had her summer cooler pamper treatment last week which was excellent value for money - a lovely facial and a really relaxing massage which actually put me to sleep. Ive had more expensive massages and facials at various spas previously and Gems are much better in my opinion. She is also so lovely and very professional. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Gem! April Davies Amazing Experience! Treated my Mum and Nan to a massage each here and it was amazing. Staff were so welcoming and kind, and made us feel really at ease! All of us left feeling really relaxed and calm it was amazing. 10/10 experience, would recommend to anybody who’s looking for a relaxing treatment with Liz Earle products!
