5 /5 Janet Cox: I’ve been a loyal client at SW6 for years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Whether I go in for braids, wigs, or weaves, the service is always exceptional. Fostiena and Rashidat are incredibly talented, accommodating, and so lovely to interact with. They genuinely care about their clients, and it shows in the way they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Every time I leave the salon, I receive countless compliments on my hair—it’s always flawless! The attention to detail and skill they put into their work is unmatched. 1 /5 Ashanti H-F: Terrible experience. Asked to get my boho fixed (which I got at another salon). I asked if i could get some more boho croched in as I wasn’t happy with the fullness. I bought hair via her recommendation and she told me should would crochet it in. I arrive and she isn’t even able to crochet it, I asked her why she was getting the hair all knotted, she thought I meant why she was making a knot, which I know is to secure it but she was unable to even pass the hair through and was wasting the human hair I bought. She then tells me she can’t do it, and was making excuses, even the really kind receptionist made a suggestion on why she couldn’t just do it and then cut off the straight ends, but she kept on making excuses on why she was unable to do the service. I am very unimpressed with that braider whom I’ve had two bad experiences with now. Also upset that I spent a lot of money on the braiding hair which she refused to refund, and I bought under false pretences considering she knew of the service she accepted

5 /5 Mimi Glow: Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name but I selected stylist R. Booked a hair wash and old school full sew in. She did my hair beautifully and as I envisioned, listened to my requests, definitely an experienced hairdresser that knows what she’s doing. Great customer service overall, I will be returning

5 /5 Z C: Salon space was clean and the staff were very accommodating. They showed great customer service - mini snack baskets for the clients on the tables (cute touch). I had French curls done for the first time by Foustina and i’ll be coming back and bringing my friends too. Lovely woman, very talented, very punctual, very efficient and attentive - 10/10 experience. Thank you so much!
