5 /5 Joe Evans: Ive been with the club since August 2015 and really enjoy it. Krav is arguably the most useful martial discipline in terms of real world self defence, and is great from a general fitness point of view too. Theres a nice friendly atmosphere, no one with something to prove and no ego issues. Paul is a very down to earth, friendly bloke who clearly knows his stuff. Theres a good mix of fitness, drills, sparing, and self defence every week, with the opportunity to re-visit previous moves to help refresh the memory or cement the technique. For those feeling particularly energetic there are also classes in Brighton/Hove on the Monday and Wednesday, and all three have a good crop of regulars so you get a good sense of team/community too. Ultimately, if youre looking for fitness and genuinely useful real world self defence then youd be coming to the right place.

5 /5 Jeff Saunders: Great mixture of training in a casual, friendly environment, learning practical Krav skills with a good level of fitness. There is no syllabus or hierarchy, just everyone learning a variety of skills together in a controlled environment. Paul is also a great instructor, very experienced and all about encouragement and support. Thoroughly recommend this class to build up general fitness, learn practical, real world Krav Maga self-defence techniques with a great bunch of people of all ages.

5 /5 Anneka K: Krav Maga is really good fun and a great form of self defense. It is suitable for anyone of any ability and Pauls classes in Worthing provide a friendly encouraging atmosphere to learn. Paul is a nice guy and great teacher who really helps you practice and improve your technique until the drill starts to feel like a reflex. you need to keep practising it though. It is good for a small girl as you get to practice with a range of different often stronger people, it is about speed technique and reflex though which is good news for us. There is a great bunch of people in the class who encourage each other. I recommend it!!

5 /5 Jeremy B: I have been going to Worthing BKMA since January and have noticed my steady improvement, both in strength and technique. I love it and cant get enough of it! Paul is a great instructor and always gives helpful tips during the sessions. He not only explains really well the exercise to the group, but takes the time to go to each pair/group/individual and help out/give advice. He mixes it up in the class, from doing shadow boxing, to learning gun and knife disarmament or sparing (if you have the gear). We occasionally have fitness training which is also great! I would recommend this class to anyone I know (or dont know!). Try out one session and if you like it stay for more! It is a friendly and welcoming environment where you will tune your physical strength + endurance and learn useful-for-real-life self defence whilst enjoying a social environment.
