1 /5 Thanushan Tharmarajah: This gym needs serious help
I’ve trained at a lot of gyms, and Snap Fitness Kenton might be the most frustrating experience so far. Way too much equipment is either completely broken or barely usable, and it stays that way for months. It’s like maintenance just isn’t a thing here.
The benches are falling apart — ripped padding, unstable frames, and some even come loose mid-set. It’s not just uncomfortable, it’s unsafe.
The machines are ancient and constantly malfunction. Don’t expect any quick fixes either — broken kit just sits there collecting dust.
What makes it worse? You’re paying premium prices for a budget-level setup. It doesn’t reflect what you’re sold when signing up.
The only saving grace is the staff, who are genuinely friendly, helpful, and do their best with what they’ve got. But no amount of good customer service can make up for broken gear and poor management.
If you’re serious about training, this ain’t it.
