1 /5 AYFER Er: I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. I had a carbon laser treatment done here and the practitioner herself later confirmed that the treatment was not performed correctly and the CO₂ laser settings were not even adjusted properly.
The next morning, my skin looked exactly the same — oily, no tightening, no reduction in pores, no reaction at all. It felt like no laser was applied.
What makes this worse is that this is the second time this has happened. I previously had microneedling done here and again received poor, ineffective service.
The clinic promised me they would “get back to me” after talking to the manager and the person who performed my treatment. They never contacted me. I was completely ignored after they admitted the treatment was done incorrectly.
They advertise big discounts to attract clients, but the quality of the treatments does not match what they promise.
I have lost all trust. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
