Natasha As a particular customer, especially when it comes to nails and customer service, I can honestly say that the nails were done really well! I normally have an issue with the varnish/ gel being painted too far from the cuticle, resulting in my nails looking grown out after a couple of days. The technician took her time with my nails and checked in to see if I was happy during the process, which I appreciated. All the ladies looked happy to be there (literally ALL of them were smiling!). This makes a difference between a visit and an experience, and this is key when providing self-care services. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and that lady was super sweet too. Based on this experience, I will be returning! Services carried out: shellac varnish with manicure, eyebrow threading & lip wax.

Manager Chris accommodated our slightly unusual request and Florence my stylist was super lovely over my 7hr session! Gentle braiding with great attention to detail and she really listened to what I wanted. Super happy with the result - I’ll definitely be back. My only note is there wasn’t brilliant communication from the manager with the in-salon ladies on the day so there was some confusion around payment, but we got it sorted.

Weigela Wiegand Got my wedding nails done with Angie, so happy with how they turned out. They lasted the whole wedding trip and received so many compliments. Love that the she understands my vibe and always delivers. Other than that, they have amazing pedicures with relaxing scrubs and massages. Highly recommend! 5/5!
