1 /5 sam sam: I was used to go there as I used to stay near by. To be honest even though they are friendly but their services are really bad.So finally after two years I said enough because I had enough. One time they did bad coloring and force me to do other hair thing which also went wrong and even though I explained it to the lady she keep giving me excuses and wrong information. They are not properly qualified. They have no idea about cutting hair at all. I have witnessed another customer complained about her hair cut and she was almost in tears telling it to the lady who did her hair cut but once again excuses. I will not recommend it to anyone. I will actually advice the owner to hire qualified hair dresser or trained them properly. Another thing they gossip about customers with others. Shame on you guys for that.

5 /5 Sarah S: I had a lovely herbal facial today. Great care was taken and it didnt feel rushed at any point. As part of this, the face massage was very much welcomed and my face was glowing after. I left feeling very calm.

1 /5 Cheery Blossom: Service is really bad. I had cut and colour done their because my hall of residence is just next to the salon. The middle age lady is queen of gossip. Witnessed her gossiping about customer with other customer. A young lady complained about her hair coloured and said the way the dresser coloured, the colour did not last. The customer asked if she mixed the colour well. The hair dresser said it is not her fault or the colour fault. The customer hair is the main villain lol. I was looking at the customer expression, which clearly said stop lying. I will never go there again. Good luck with working with customer that laugh and gossip about customer.

1 /5 Rozsien Hyde: I wouldnt recommend this place for threading. Theyre ok and somewhat friendly but they dont listen. I asked for a clean up with eyebrow threading but the lady made it much thinner - which is the very thing i asked her not to do. The manner of threading is also quite rough. I dont have sensitive skin but I did bleed and my skin tore around the upper lip area. Its a shame as I feel all that ruins their professionalism is just not listening to what the customer wants. Not sure how they are with other services they offer but avoid for threading. The only decent person here is Reshma (ask for her only).

1 /5 Holly Rabbitts: Horrendous experience here. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy. 1 star is pushing it enough. Staff are incredibly rude and are clearly unqualified. The monster of a hairdresser HACKED my long hair to bits. After telling her I just wanted a trim she laughed and hacked away. She also told me that if i wanted it dried i would have to pay extra, after agreeing to pay it, she refused to dry it. I had to get it restyled in a salon where staff are trained and qualified in cutting hair. The salon is dirty and I paid £22 to have my hair washed with herbal essences... Not quite sure how it is still in business.
