1 /5 Mitalee Shah: Firstly, there is really rude service. It’s the only salon/beauty place that I know asks for money upfront. Even when you do give the money, there is no please or thank you. That should be basic. It’s called customer service. The place is dirty, and today the lady who did my hot wax got wax on my hair at the bottom and had to cut off some of my hair as the wax was stuck on the bottom of my head. I have just notice there is wax over my jumper as well. The owner Sheetal really needs to do something, as people used to go on her reputation. But there is no hello when you enter. Will never go again. Only some staff has been good in the past that’s why I used to go. You can sometimes overlook stuff . But the Kingsbury branch especially has extremely rude staff. Really look at upgrading the salons, and training your staff.
