5 /5 Nazifa Hossain: I don’t usually write reviews but omg I’ve gotten a haircut after like 10 years and I was so scared it was going to go wrong but the employee did such an amazing job with cutting my hair. I’ve asked for long layers and a face frame not too much and to keep it as long as possible she did so so good!! I always come here to get my eyebrows done too and they always do so good. Will definitely keep on coming here and would recommend anyone to get any of these done. Don’t be shy or nervous to show them an inspo you might have their all so nice and welcoming all the time.

1 /5 Afefe GAFSI: Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. This was my second visit to this salon seeking information, and once again I was met with blatant indifference. The employee I spoke with was dismissive, avoided eye contact, and made it very clear that our presence and questions were unwelcome. When we asked about eyebrow tattoo removal, the situation did not improve. Another employee intervened only to hand us a flyer and instruct us to call for further details, despite the fact that we were already in the salon. This is an unacceptable and absurd way to treat potential clients in a service-based business. Customer service is severely lacking, professionalism is nonexistent, and respect for clients is clearly not a priority. This salon is not for clients who expect basic decency. I strongly discourage anyone from going there.

5 /5 Jamila Akter: I had an amazing experience at this salon! The staff was so friendly professional and welcoming. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing and beautifully maintained.I did my haircut and waxing which I really liked it. Thank you so much sharna’s spa for this amazing haircut and waxing.

1 /5 Maryam: PATHETIC SERVICE! I had the most disappointing experience at this place. I went in for a lower body wax which included full legs, bikini area, and lower back (not full back). First of all, there was no real privacy in the waxing area. It’s an open space where anyone can walk upstairs at any time, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When the lady started waxing, she asked me to check the results, and I could immediately see patches that were completely missed. I had to keep pointing out areas and telling her what to do because she wasn’t putting any effort into it. The job was done very poorly. I even mentioned that I was getting married, hoping she’d take extra care, but she still left so many areas unfinished. When I pointed it out, she told me I could just shave later. I mean, why would I come to a professional salon if I had to shave afterwards? Then came the final straw, the bill. When I went downstairs to pay, she told me it was £65. I was shocked and asked how that was possible. She explained that certain small areas were not included in the full legs or bikini wax and that each part had separate charges. None of this was mentioned on their price list, which felt very misleading. I only got my lower back done, while their list showed full back for £10. When I asked her how much she charged me for the lower back alone, she didn’t even answer properly. I added everything up myself, and the total should have been around £45 at most according to the prices mentioned on the price list. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. The waxing was not done properly, the prices were unclear, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. This was my first and definitely my last visit. If you don’t want to ruin your mood before an important day or special occasion, I strongly suggest avoiding this place.

1 /5 Anisah H: I went here to get my eyebrows threaded before starting I told her what I wanted. I told her start with the right side because the shape is more clear which she did and I checked and was satisfied I told her leave it as is you can do the left eyebrow. She finished the left and I checked, it looks like I have 2 complete different eyebrows on my face and I explained I was upset and frustrated to her she kept saying “you asked for tidy up”. The lady was brown skin and had thick arch brows medium height 5’3-5’4 maybe. I came in around 12:50 or so maybe. I was very upset and just chose to leave the store, about 2 minutes later I wanted to go back inside and talk to the lady why did she intentionally mess up my eyebrows and she was upstairs hiding. The short lady that had red bindi said the lady was upstairs. When leaving the mall completely, I noticed she shut the doors of her salon and had people knocking on the door outside to Let them in which was odd. The strange thing is my sister was standing next to me while I was in the seat to make sure my eyebrows were being done right and she gave my sister a disgusting look and all of a sudden my eyebrows are ruined. When I told her to leave the right eyebrow as is because I was satisfied, she continued to trim them and make them short I feel so upset and angry. As a customer I am not satisfied and extremely disappointed that these people don’t know customer satisfaction or what the customer wants. I am posting pictures, the last picture is what my eyebrows look like and the picture with my scarf is the work of the person that did my eyebrows.
