Camelia Khalid I took a group reformer class with Darcey yesterday and it was genuinely one of the best group classes I’ve ever done in London. As a Pilates instructor myself, I’m very picky; and this was excellent. Thoughtful programming, great flow, clear cueing, and a lovely energy in the room. I felt challenged. Really impressed. Looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend.

Han K I’ve been training with Frank for six months now and I can honestly say the experience has been incredible! Frank is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals and has planned our sessions specifically around them to make sure I get the most out of them. Frank is approachable, personable and always takes the time to explain each exercise, the correct form and which muscles we’re targeting. His attention to detail is second to none which has made a huge difference in my progress. Every session is motivating and never dull! He keeps the workouts challenging whilst remaining incredibly encouraging. Frank genuinely celebrates every personal best as if it were his own, which makes training with him even more rewarding. He also emphasises the importance of nutrition and overall lifestyle and not just the workouts, which has really helped me stay accountable and consistent. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about your goals, knows his craft, and will bring out your best then I can’t recommend Frank enough!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A special shout-out to Kelly for her warm approach and dedication—she truly goes the extra mile to help you reach your fitness goals. Highly recommend!

Ed Pull This is a lovely, warm and welcoming studio run by the wonderful Chrisi. I have dabled in yoga in previous years, but never managed to get into a regular routine until joining this studio 6 months ago. Ive enjoyed getting to know the instructors and other members and genuinely look forward to seeing them. Classes are kept small which I like so the instructors can focus on improving your technique. There are a range of different practices too for every level. Overall, it feels more like a community than solely a place to do yoga and Im very happy I signed up.

Kenya Fantie I’ve been going to Double Jab for just over a year now and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very first session the gym has felt welcoming, inclusive and supportive. The coaches are not only skilled but genuinely lovely people who create a positive community where everyone feels encouraged. Before joining I could never stick to exercise. At Double Jab I am always learning, always challenged and always motivated to come back. The impact on my physical and mental health has been huge. I feel stronger, healthier and more confident than ever! The membership is also really affordable compared to most places, especially considering the quality of training and support you get. Double Jab isn’t just a boxing gym, it’s a community that truly lifts you up. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a go!

Rilwan Anibaba Where can I start?? I play football and dislocated my shoulder during a very competitive match. As a Goalkeeper, this is a pretty huge deal and after 3 months of being out injured, I genuinely thought my shoulder would never be the same. Fast forward 6 months of in-person rehab with the physios, as well as adhering to the program I was given, I’m back playing and couldn’t be happier. On top of that, I feel stronger and don’t carry the fear of my shoulders giving up on me. My confidence has definitely increased. In addition, I frequently train at a fitness studio across the pond from Myoset and just popping in a couple times a week has been fantastic for my general recovery. From sports massages to sitting in compression boots that assist blood circulation and reduce muscle soreness, as an older athlete I couldn’t think of a better place to aid my recovery and performance.
