5 /5 Anya: I had a really lovely experience with Michaela who did my blow dry perfectly! I wanted beach waves but ones which would last the next few days and she did them wonderfully. She also came right on time and was so lovely to talk to. Highly recommend! :)

3 /5 Niamh Rasmussen: Cancelled hair appointment at 19.55 p.m the day before. I needed my hair done for wedding and it was disappointing. Now to be fair, Secret Spa did refund me the cost of the hair appointment and allocated 20% treatment cost as credit towards my next booking. Problem is I am not based in London and dont know when Ill be back. They also apologized profoundly. Make up was done by Isabella and she did a lovely job! Very nice person as well and was really please with my make up. Next time I am in London, I will book another appointment and hopefully they wont cancel!

3 /5 Olivia Mistretta: My makeup artist arrived half an hour late, and though she was apologetic, I had very busy day planned for an event and it really stressed me out to be off schedule. The last thing I should feel after paying £86 for a service is stress on the day of a big event. I noticed the other reviews about lateness or no-shows from other people— since this is a reoccurring problem, the company should look into this and make sure the stylists are more punctual. All in all, I was happy with my makeup look, it was definitely quality work. I would just be cautious booking this service if you’re going to a wedding or an important event.

Romina is extremely skilled, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She listened carefully to everyone’s preferences and delivered flawless hair and makeup that looked amazing and lasted all evening. Her calm, friendly manner made the experience feel effortless and luxurious. We were so impressed and would highly recommend Romina to anyone booking through Secret Spa. Outstanding service!

1 /5 leanne kristine: Incredibly disappointing result with no show by Sian H and zero communication to inform me that the make-up artist would not be turning up. I booked a natural makeup session for a professional headshot session but was left with no solution and no time to spare. I only found out the supplier would not be showing 30 mins into the appointment after I called twice to follow up. Very poor total customer experience.
