Zena Deane Such a great setting to be inspired to get fit. There is nothing of the commercial gym chains about this place - everything is very personal and you really feel like the emphasis is purely on your health and fitness needs. Highly recommend.

Stephanie Charman Both my children (almost 12 and 9) love Blaze and joining is one of the best decisions they’ve ever made. It’s especially true for my son Luke who has a diagnosis of autism. He started just after he turned 7 and wasn’t sure at first but he quickly gained in confidence and started to have fun during his lessons. The brilliant support and understanding from Justyn and the coaching team has been invaluable for us. Training towards grading is very important to Luke as he likes to have goals and targets, and a new belt is such an accomplishment for him with all his difficulties. His special needs can make any activities challenging but Kickboxing and the Blaze team have truly revolutionised his daily life: even the school has noticed a massive change in Luke in the last 12 months as he now enjoys PE (he didn’t before), has gained in confidence across the board and is showing improvement with coordination and balance. I would recommend Blaze (and I have many times) to any child with or without special needs. Thank you!!

Naz Ali Had a amazing experience today, I went to the salt Hill Activity centre in slough with my granddaughter and friends. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, they went the extra mile today as I enquired about a small quiet place for prayer, they came back to me promptly and advised that I could use a vacant room when I was ready.this really helped as I didnt need to leave early. Lovely to see great inclusivity and facilities within an Activity centre. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Cant wait for our next visit! Many thanks.

Sandhya I had full body massage at spa by Zofshan. She is really good with her techniques and very calm. My shoulders were really tight when I came in but after my treatment, I could really feel the difference. I am definitely recommend this place for spa.
