5 /5 Sheenal Patel: I Had my hair and nails done and started cavitation the lead up to my wedding, the results were amazing after just 5 sessions. The staff are super nice and the treatments left me feeling great!! Cant wait for my next visit!

1 /5 V W: Absolutely awful experience. Went in for a Brazilian and under arm wax, was rushed in and out in under 10 minutes.The woman (Sima) waxing me was positively hostile, it was painful and done with less care than ripping out old wallpaper. I was left with hair all over. She insisted on being in the room while I checked if I was happy and got incredibly rude when I asked for the remaining hairs to be removed. Refused to give me any privacy, to get dressed and clean up. Insisted on staying in the very tiny room and wouldn’t even so much as turn around... who does that!? They didn’t so much as look at my under arms. Apparently the next client was waiting...the waiting area was empty and I had called in advance to book an appointment... these usually last 20-30 minutes. I left feeling assaulted. Avoid, avoid, avoid...

5 /5 Prity Shah: Excellent cut and blow dry. Made to feel very welcome and they even contacted me to say they were running late unlike other salons. Recommend this local salon highly for efficiency, cleanliness and lovely blowdry with a groupon deal I had. Will use them again!

1 /5 M T: LIED ABOUT PRICE ON PHONE AND THEN OVERCHARGED IN STORE TO £100! I rang up to book an appointment and query the price and was quoted £60 for a hair wash, colouring and colouring to my extensions (good price considering I am a student.) Once I arrived they coloured the tester strand extension - however once i pulled out the rest of my extensions they gasped and said you didnt say it would be that many! - so Im sorry you really thought i would pay £60 to have a one extension strand coloured and not enough to go around my head?! Absolutely ridiculous. They then charged me and extra £40 making my bill £100 - being the overly nice student i am, i of course caved and payed them what they wanted. I have never been back since and have no intention of doing so. I will be going to other salons where the prices are solid and i can trust the word of my hairdresser. DISTRUST and DISLOYALTY are possibly the best foundations to build a business on if you dont want it to last.
