Sonya Titus I have known Vaishali for over 8 years. I can tell you, hands down, she is one of the most present, caring and attentive humans youll have the honour of meeting and these qualities make any treatment with Vaishali as if youve been sent to Heaven and back. I rarely pay for massages or facials anymore because I have had so many experiences where the person doing the treatment is going through the motions and applying robotic techniques which gives no benefit or pleasure. This is NOT the case with Vaishali. A treatment with her is bliss because she loves every aspect of what she does and thats what is goosebump pleasure worthy! She gives such individual, bespoke attention every time her hands come into contact with your skin. The bespoke facial she gave me was a full body experience and left my whole being and nervous system feeling calmed and reset let alone my face which looked so beautiful after the treatment that I went home make-up less because I felt radiant and beautiful. I felt cared for in the most complete way. Its a facial but so, so, so much more when in the presence of Vaishali. I would recommend a treatment with her to everyone!

Maria Khorozyan Totally fine if you like the chunkier look. I visited this salon as a walk in and was seated immediately, which I appreciated at first. However, about five minutes later, a client with a booking arrived and was also seated. From that point on, my appointment felt extremely rushed. The technician was aggressive with my hands, did not ask me what shape or length I wanted, and moved through the service very quickly. While speed can sometimes be a positive, in this case it resulted in poor quality. My left and right hands looked completely different, with one set of nails noticeably chunkier than the other. I left the salon feeling really upset, but I did go back in to ask if they could correct the nails. Unfortunately, I was told that it was my fault for not explaining what I wanted, even though I was happy with my left hand and only unhappy with the right, which doesn’t really make sense. Several excuses were given for why the nails looked uneven. They did attempt to file them down, which improved them slightly, but overall I was still very unhappy with both the result and the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to new clients or to anyone looking for a calm, attentive, and high-quality nail service.

Alexa Andino Absolutely outstanding nail bar! The best experience I have truly had with the service that was provided. Right when you walk in I was greeted by both Hannah and Chan and they took care of everything-my shoes, my socks, my bag, my coat. I had the best matcha latte I’ve ever had along with free Prosecco and biscuits. The place is truly beautifully designed and you feel very luxurious at the nail bar. I had a BIAP nail treatment for the first time and a regular pedicure and loved every second of the experience. A lot of nails bars need to watch and learn as the service here is impeccable and I’ll be coming back!

Chelsea Walker Do not be put off by the location as it can be daunting...Taura is incredibly patient and thorough with her work. She makes sure to tell you a bit about herself so you feel comfortable and is incredibly trustworthy. I walked out incredibly happy with her quality of work and 3 weeks on am amazed by the results. I have already recommended her to a couple friends who plan on getting treatments done with her soon. Thank you Taura, I will definitely be coming back and continue to recommend you to my friends.
