1 /5 padmini podipireddy: I had my eyebrows, facial, manicure and pedicure done here and its my first time here.. But didnt like any. Didnt feel that they are done professionally.. Manicure was the worst - shellac was just off from my nails in a week. I can do it better myself. Facial was not so great, I also had burning sensation on my skin. Never had such a bad experience. Also they are trying to sell their personal home made products..

1 /5 Simona Handsaker: Despicable service delivery. The beautician (if she is one) spent the entire duration of my treatments- daughters eyebrows waxing, shellac and shellac for me - on the phone speaking in a foreign language. Used nothing to cool or cleanse daughters eyebrow area. When I asked what colours she had she pulled a box out with about 15 bottles and proceeded to open them for me to see! She did not treat cuticles, only very roughly filed my nails which took all of 30 seconds. She did not cut or reshape my nails. Did not cure the base coat and cooked my nails for about 10 minutes after which time she told me to be careful for 10-15 minutes. I now have bumpy, uneven colour that has bled over the cuticle area, now it’s starting to lift and peel, my daughters nails have all peeled, these were done approximately 3.5hrs ago! Stupidly I handed her £40 for a shoddy unprofessional job. Steer clear!
