3 /5 Carole Frank: It was my experience of shopping at Sabina for Caribbean hair and beauty products.. It conveniently suitable just off the high street in a small ally way less than 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. A good range of hair and beauty products but not extensive. The prices are slightly higher but for the conference of quick hassle free shopping it may be worth it.

1 /5 zara Davison: i went to their shop yesterday with my friends and they said 1 student at a time, key reminder we are not students. when it was my turn to go into the shop i was looking at what to get and i picked up my things and i went to the line to pay. As i was in the line these two workers were constantly looking at me in the line which made me feel very uncomfortable and very unwelcomed. They were looking at me as if i was going to steal. While i was in the shop my friends were waiting outside for me, one of my friends even said that she will walk into the shop with her arms up to show the two workers that she wouldn’t steal anything and they then go on to switch the more slimmer man with a very tall and muscular man which is very unwelcoming and i am sure i will NEVER give my business here EVER AGAIN!!

1 /5 A wise girl: I’m starting to have my suspicions about this shop. I just purchased this less than 30 minutes ago. I am literally still in my car. I recalled I had an experience here a little while ago where I bought a shampoo, got home annd wanted to use it three days and it was already opened. It didn’t even look like the product I have used before which I got from another shop. So I just opened this and here’s what I found. This product got recommended by my hairdresser so I just popped into Sabina to pick it up and lo and behold it was ALREADY OPENED. I can’t be bothered to drive back to return or exchange it. I’ll just have to buy another one from another shop or online. It’s getting ridiculous. I think they are selling fake products.

1 /5 Zahra A-G: Very cramped in here with senseless staff! Small store with narrow corridors and products from floor to ceiling. Was only in there with 1 or 2 other customers but the volume of products alone made this a very claustrophobic experience. Was served by a young guy who called me straight over as I approached the counter. I gave him my item and started to look for my purse when he tried to sell me a load of other items. "These are yours as well yeah?" I looked up to see a range of items on the counter which were already there (probably before I even entered the store). I ignored him as they clearly werent mine and he asked again. I actually had to explain that when he called me over to the counter, he will have noticed that I only had 1 product in my hand so I couldnt miraculously have more shopping on the counter before Id even approached it. I did actually hear him ask this same question to another person whilst I was still shopping but didnt think much of it until I realised hed asked us both. Im still unsure as to whether he was trying to sell any and everyone random products at the till, or whether he was genuinely trying to work out whos items were on his counter... Unfortunately I didnt have £1.99 in change so offered to pay by card. Apparently they have a minimum card spend of £10 which seems like an extremely dated practice. I wholeheartedly regret even entering this store and have since ordered my accessory from an online retailer instead! My experience in the Peckham store has always been fantastic so this was a huge disappointment.

3 /5 Dave Roberts: I wanted to buy some Florida Water, a product I hadnt purchased before, I went to Sabina Bromley. However, after finding the bottles on the bottom shelf 1st isle I noticed that the lid had no seal. I opened the bottle with ease in-store to take a sniff not knowing what the product was supposed to smell like before asking if the bottles were supposed to be sealed. The person nearby couldnt answer. I put the bottle down & left. I emailed the manufacturer & distributor to ask about this. I made the purchase online via a well known company. When it arrived the bottle was sealed. Im now wondering why these bottles were not sealed in Sabina store & I am grateful that I didnt make that purchase as it could have been anything inside. Then it made me wonder about the other branches of this store. Why are you selling unsealed open products in your store that are sealed elsewhere?
