5 /5 Beatrice Sorce: Irina is very kind and did a great job with my nails. I have very brittle nails due to psoriasis and I work in a hospital so I can’t get my nails done often. I have little to no nails because they break. She made my nails look gorgeous for my friends wedding :)

What really stood out was how she kindly looked after my son while I was getting my wax done. It made the whole experience so much easier and more relaxing for me. Her helpfulness and warm attitude truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

1 /5 megan Anderson: This is now the second time I’ve left with cuts on my eyes from getting my eyebrows done here, I left once and they’d cut my eye and I just thought, accidents happen it’s fine. This time my eye has literally been butchered. I’ve never had this issue anywhere before, wondering if it’s down to cheap wax? Either way it’s very painful, wouldn’t go here again.

2 /5 J S: Avoid like the plague. Should’ve read the reviews! Had a wax here last night and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. They did strip wax instead of hot wax (which I’d paid for) and their excuse was that the hot wax takes too long to heat?? No refund offered. The beautician was really inexperienced and refused to remove smaller hairs - saying it was too difficult. She went over places numerous times (which is really irritating with strip wax) and applied the wax in huge areas - meaning it took ages to wax off and was really painful. I’ve left the salon with a blister, loads of hair left and very very sore/swollen skin. This has NEVER happened to me before and I’m pretty frustrated. Don’t come here for a wax!!!!
