1 /5 Yasmin Mohamud: I had a horrible experience today. I went to get my nails regular polish done. I told the lady doing my nails that they were sensitive she pushed my cuticles back which led to excess bleeding. I asked her to remove the polish off as I was in a lot of pain while removing it off my nails were bleeding and she kept rubbing it with the nail polish remover. Didnt apologise about what happened now I cant feel my nails even when I called to complain she just disregarded the matter and said it was normal to bleed while having my cuticles pushed back now Im on numbing cream and cant feel my nails at all I sent her the picture on Instagram DM but she just said use olive oil and update me tomorrow. Unbelievable this will be the first and last time Ill ever come here so unprofessional and they werent even apologetic at all!!

5 /5 Saffron May: There is no words to describe the amazing experience we had at Sals beauty spa. The customer service was amazing. The massage was perfect and it’s the most beautiful experience. We went for the Lux package which is meant for couples. However, I took my best friend on this experience, and it couldn’t be more relaxing, so this is not just for couples This experience would be perfect for your mum for any close relative or friend, and it was the perfect ending to a busy weekend in London. Thank you so much for the experience will definitely be returning!!!

3 /5 S: Booked a haircut on treatwell. Had to wait around 15 mins as the hairdresser had a customer booked the same time as me. Requested for a large amount trimmed. Was charged extra as this is considered a restyle. Been to many hairdressers and they don’t usually do this so found it extra. The water temp for the wash was really hot and would go cold. I was checked on about the temp, but I feel like hairdressers should know what an acceptable temp is. The brushing from the blow dryer tugged my hair a little could’ve been a bit softer. Price was okay. Very clean and trendy salon. Customer service could be better, I think they need to be a little more friendlier and chatty. All in all satisfied with my haircut

5 /5 Yusuf Khan: The spa was a wonderful experience for me. We arrived a little early, but the staff was accommodating and let us start our session right away. The staff member gave us thorough descriptions of the amenities and even helped us connect to the speakers and Wi-Fi. Throughout our tour, there was excellent communication. The jacuzzi was one of the joys for me. The fruit tray and drinks that were provided were an additional pleasant touch that improved the overall experience. The 30-minute massage I had scheduled was also incredibly soothing. I had a good day at the spa overall. Without a doubt, I would advise going, and I want to go back again soon.
