5 /5 Jessica Sayers: I joined RyanFitHub nearly 3 months ago now and its been the best decision Ive made for my health & fitness! I wasnt sure how Id find the small group training, having had PTs whenever Id been to other gyms, but I absolutely love it - the coaches are equally attentive to everyone, super supportive, encouraging and so knowledgeable. They create an environment where you feel completely comfortable pushing yourself, regardless of your ability. I never felt that I was really progressing with the other forms of training Id tried in the past, but seeing my progress on the app and how Ive improved and got stronger, is really motivating - and slightly addictive! I love that all I need to do is turn up, as everything is planned and programmed for you and fully explained at the beginning of each session. Having a personal coach who helps you towards your own personal goals, checks in regularly and holds you accountable, is fantastic - everyone is truly invested in helping you. All of the other members are so lovely as well and you feel welcome and at home in any session that you join. Highly, highly recommend!!
