Ese Emefe Hair Should have taken 2 hours, took 5. Hairdressers got hair wrong. Left for an hour to work on someone elses hair. I told them Id pay a discounted price. Then they started from beginning and did it in an hour and half. When I tried to pay discussed discounted price (£20 less) hairdressers locked doors, grabbed me and pulled me into the store, leaving me with scratches. I had to call the police and file a legal complaint against business Since talking to others Ive found that this is her second time manhandling a customer

Just Cheryl I had a lovely experience today. On my way home I realised I was in need of some much-needed TLC, spotted the salon, and thought it best to make a request. I was very grateful they had availability to fit me in — and even more grateful to leave feeling far less hairy than when I arrived!

Tay Mon I’ve been coming here for years and always have a wonderful experience, especially with Jennifer. She’s fantastic and my nails always come out flawless. I once made the mistake of trying another salon and the results were disappointing , never again! The prices here are very reasonable, and the quality is consistently excellent. This place never lets me down and I’ll always stay loyal.

Sutapa B Newly opened in Brick Lane and we really needed one! Staff were so welcoming and the place was clean, including the toilet. Service was great. They also offer other beauty treatments. However this place has 3 different names which is very confusing!! Other names are OPV Beauty and Ballaz Nails. Only feedback will be to display one name.

Nicole Webb I have nearly finished my prepaid treatment at the Newcastle clinic and the results have been amazing. Wish Id have done it sooner! Special mention to Oprah who is knowledgeable and approachable making me feel at ease with every appointment. The staff and the clinic is really welcoming and are a credit to the sk:n brand.
