Missy I wanted to share my recent experience at the salon. I had booked an appointment with Emily, but when I arrived, it seemed the staff weren’t aware of my booking, and Emily was around 20 minutes late. When she did arrive, she only did my pedicure and then passed me on to another technician for my nails, without any explanation. The technician who did my nails was patient, but unfortunately, he accidentally cut my finger. What concerned me was that he didn’t seem to know how to clean or treat the cut, and I had to stop him from continuing when he tried to apply powder over the open wound, which could have caused an infection. I was also uncomfortable because the tools didn’t appear to be properly sanitised. To add to that, I felt uneasy as it seemed some staff members were speaking about me in their own language, which came across as unprofessional and made me feel self-conscious. They did acknowledge the mistake and gave me £10 off, which I appreciated, but overall, the experience left me feeling disappointed. I think with better communication, punctuality, hygiene practices, and professionalism, the service could be much better.

Cat Bhogal I had been wanting a hair transformation for a long time but all salons said it wasn’t possible as my hair was dyed dark brown and the condition wasn’t great post pregnancy. But I went and saw Jasmine and I am so pleased I did. Yes it took 8 hours because she wanted to go slowly and carefully and no it wasn’t cheap…but I ended up with a really clean blonde and really healthy hair. I can’t express how thankful I am and how impressed I am at her technique. I was also really appreciative of the care given by the rest of the team. Thank you so much! If you’re thinking of doing a hair transformation then go ahead and do it and know you’re in safe hands.

Violetta Kash I had a very good experience at this spa! My therapist was friendly and professional, making me feel relaxed. I booked a full body massage and a facial treatment, from the gift voucher and both were good. The massage was soothing, releasing all my tension, and the facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. The treatment rooms beautifully scented, adding to the overall comfort and ease music. I left feeling rejuvenated and will definitely be coming back. Recommend!

Lynne C I go to Lisber for waxing and she is brilliant! Highly recommend. She is always so warm and welcoming, really easy to book with and responds quickly to any communication. Her place is lovely and she always does a great job.
