Valerion ( I hope I have spelt your name right) the therapist was freindly professional using good quality products, and providing a nearly pain free experience. 1 /5 Lourensz Sam: Awful barbers. Fairly certain most are not trained barbers. Seen multiple horrendous screw ups of other customers hair, needing them to call a barber from down the road to come and try and recover their incompetence. Had 1 ok experience initially but both times since I tried to give benefit of the doubt, but they have charged incrementally more for the same cut, giving bogus excuses for that, and the cuts are really below average. Fed up now and won’t be returning. The low cost was the only benefit but now they are making up the prices, the poor quality cuts are simply not worth it.

1 /5 Amir Sultani: The fella who cut my hair could hardly speak English, It took him 70mins to half Complete my hair, charged me £25 for a £5 job. I would not recommend rio or salsa next door as both belong to same guy. Absolutely rip off.

1 /5 Bebe Zhou: Absolutely horrible, do not go here! I went to get my eyelash extensions removed, and thought, they cant mess up such a simple task right?! When I showed up at the salon, they werent really aware that I had booked a time and kind of mumbled me to come in. I shouldve already been alarmed by the scotch tape the technician pulled out, to secure my lower lashes. The removal had been going on for about 30 minutes, when I noticed the technician was clearly starting to feel frustrated that they werent coming off. So she poured the removal liquid straight from the bottle onto my lashes, and obviously the liquid seeped through into my eyes and started burning insanely. The stinging was too much for me to take that we had to stop halfway, leaving still a few lashes, chunks of glue on my eyelashes and very red eyes. They were very rude when I told them that the removal should not hurt or sting my eyes like this and that Im not happy at all with the service. Oh, and by the time this all was over I had been there for an hour. Stay. Far. Away.

5 /5 rhi new: If you’re looking for a beauty salon that is clean, friendly and provides you with a comfortable environment to relax in, Rio is the place to go! The customer service is 10/10, all staff are welcoming, and genuinely care about your wellbeing. I have been getting my nails done for many years, and Rio is the first place that taught me how to take care of my nails! Ladies honestly think about the nail shops you go to. Do you see them clean their equipment? Do they teach you about the importance of nail hygiene, and nail care? This is something I’ve experienced at Rio, and I’m so glad this place has opened. Also would recommend waxing there, first time I ever done it and the lovely manager ensured I was at ease and took me through the process step by step. Give it a try! Thank you Rio!
