Brett Gillingham Gabriele is a great teacher. He is kind and considerate of each persons ability. His monthly Ashtanga practice is very fulfilling if you are looking for an intermediate challenge. Highly recommended.

Mike Day So much goes on here on a Sunday morning, as all ages play a variety of competitive games. Training sessions are attended and in season the ski slope is open. Dog walkers and their pets meet and enjoy the weather. It is a great outdoor space just to amble around and enjoy the views and fresh air. Parking is not a big concern as there are three nearby free parking areas. There are public toilets and a snack shack.

Richard Richardson Joe from Trigon Fitness is absolutely top-notch. Reliable, friendly, and a brilliant communicator from start to finish. Today he installed my Hack Squat and Leg Press machines, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He knew I was eager to get them up and running, and he went out of his way to accommodate a quick installation. He turned up on time, got straight to it, and did a fantastic job. Genuinely grateful for the effort—5 stars all day long. Highly recommended!

Jorn Cheney I am very happy working out here. The kung fu classes manage to be both fun and challenging, and theres a good range of difficulty levels matched to the instructors (all of which are excellent). I trained when I was a younger, and over the years considered picking up kung fu training again, but never found a school that I enjoyed. The fact that I am happy here, speaks volumes.
